The spectacular coastline of County Clare extends from Galway Bay down to the River Shannon and offers exceptional shore angling - from rocks, piers and sandy beaches. Species include Wrasse, Mackerel, Bass, Pollack, Ling, Conger, Dogfish and Ray. An Irish record Bass of 17lbs 13ozs was caught near Doonbeg in West Clare in October 2000.
